And so over 12 months or longer we work very closely together with me helping and supporting in your achieving what you want. From me, you get my ‘whatever it takes’ support and for that we create a bespoke programme at a level that has success built in.
Usually we start with the first of regular 2-4 days together out here in the French Alps where we get to know each other and you start getting really clear on what it is you want and creating the next action steps. At this point, clients often say that as they get clear and their level of understanding of the Inside Out nature of experience that : nothing has changed, but everything is different. This is the point at which you’ve made the first big shift.
We then follow on with regular personal coaching and 24hr spot coaching when you need it, and you also come out here whenever you want and feel the need for quiet time, reflection and return refreshed and renewed. All you need to do is arrive at Geneva Airport and we take care of you and everything else. It’s all included in the annual fee.
And if you’d like, bring out your management team or Board to work on a specific issue, and that’s included too.
In short: you become part of the family, short of moving in!
